Reservations for the current season can be made with a minimum stay of 3 nights via email at office@campalgund.com or through the contact form. Shorter stays (1-2 nights) are only accepted on a short-term basis.
Please note that bookings for the following season will only be accepted after the end of the current season and after the prices have been set.
Due to the manageable size of the campsite, it is not possible to reserve specific pitch numbers for organizational reasons. For stays of 7 nights or more, it is possible to choose an area (A - Vineyards, B - Pond, C - Entrance). For shorter stays, the area (A - Vineyards or B - Pond) will be assigned upon arrival. The Entrance Area is only allocated after discussing with the guests.
Up to 14 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
Check-in is possible from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. On the day of arrival, the reserved pitch will be held until 6:00 PM. If there is a delay in arrival, please inform the reception in advance, as the pitch may otherwise be allocated to someone else. On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Early arrival before the booked arrival date must be coordinated with the reception in advance due to the availability of free pitches.
